Through the Pforzheim × Mercedes-Benz Advanced collaboration project (Winter Semester 2023), I had the opportunity to start an internship at Mercedes-Benz Advanced in September 2024.
The main project consists of two contrasting directions:
one explores a flowy, sensual silhouette and surfaces aligned with the current design language, while the other challenges it with a boxier, more geometric shape.

Beyond the main project, I developed a short project and freeform sketches with a more experimental, exploratory approach.

Internship Reflection
As my first internship, these six months were both exciting and intimidating. It was not only a time to improve my design skills, but also to learn important qualities required as a designer, such as presentation, communication, and selling a design idea.
Being able to work and learn at Mercedes-Benz, a company I had always dreamed of, made this experience especially valuable. It gave me a stronger foundation as an exterior designer and became an important step for my next stage of growth.
